- We proactively partner with each community to understand their unique assets and needs in order to give every girl access to the GSLE (Girl Scout Leadership Experience).

Creating an atmosphere of acceptance and belonging
Our Girl Scout Family—members, volunteers, leadership, and staff—make up an amazing tapestry of cultures, perspectives, identities, abilities, and beliefs, and we wouldn’t want it any other way. Girl Scouts strives to be a safe and welcoming space for all girls, families, volunteers, and staff. Girl Scouts of Western Ohio is fully committed to helping our communities and guiding our girls to better understand and celebrate our differences as well as what we share in common.
