Girlhood (It’s complicated) exhibit tours will have assigned timeslots every half hour starting at 12:45 p.m. Time slots will be assigned at check-in.
All sessions will repeat at 1:15 p.m., 2:15 p.m., 3:15 p.m., and 4:15 p.m.
Sessions will be run conference style — once the room is filled to capacity, it will close — so make sure you arrive early for the sessions you want to attend! Don’t worry, though, with four museums to explore and five sessions to visit, you’re guaranteed to have something amazing to do all day long!
How to Make a Museum: Curator 101

Learn what it’s like to be a woman in the museum industry. Each curator will share their specialty and why it’s important to the museum, share background and experiences from their careers, and more. The best part? You get to ask the questions! This session will be mediated by Sydney Ramsey — a 2023 Gold Award Girl Scout featured in the Girlhood (It’s Complicated) exhibit.
